All rights and contents of these materials are reserved and are the exclusive property of G&P net Spa, which produced and supplied them. The granting of the materials and their use must be strictly connected to the activities agreed with the brand in the distribution agreement in place with the SV. Any use, in whole or in part, of the contents included in this document, including the storage, reproduction, reprocessing, dissemination or distribution of the contents themselves by any technological platform, support or on-line network, or any other medium, is forbidden as well as the contents of the aforementioned agreements and obligations, is forbidden without the prior written authorization of the brand that supplied them.
The infringement of these conditions, for any reason even due to mere fault, shall give rise to the application (to be borne by the customer) of an immediate enforcement penalty pursuant to Art.1382 of the Italian Civil Code of Euro 10,000 save compensation of any greater damages, as well as the right of G&P net Spa to terminate the existing relationship with the customer pursuant to Art.1456 of the Italian Civil Code.

La concessione dei materiali e l'utilizzo degli stessi deve intendersi strettamente collegato alle attività concordate con il brand nell'accordo di distribuzione in essere con la SV. E' vietata qualsiasi utilizzazione, totale o parziale, dei contenuti inseriti nel presente documento, ivi inclusa la memorizzazione, riproduzione, rielaborazione, diffusione o distribuzione dei contenuti stessi mediante qualunque piattaforma tecnologica, supporto o rete telematica, o altro mezzo di qualsiasi natura, che esuli dai contenuti degli accordi e delle obbligazioni sopra citate, senza previa autorizzazione scritta del brand che li ha forniti.
La violazione delle presenti condizioni, a qualsiasi titolo anche per mera colpa, comporterà l’applicazione a carico del cliente di una penale immediatamente esecutiva ex art.1382cc di euro 10.000 salvo il risarcimento di eventuali maggiori danni, nonché la facoltà della G&P net Spa di risolvere ex art.1456cc il rapporto in essere con il cliente.
